Background Check & Drug Test

Please refer to the information below for details on scheduling your drug test after you complete the: Background Check and Drug Test Application
  • The testing process is administered by a third-party vendor. If you have any questions or problems during the process, call S2Verify at 770 649-8282 and ask for Chuck.

  • Please act on this immediately. You have a limited time to schedule and take your drug test, and we must have your results before you can work at any Home Depot store.

  • After you complete the drug test application, you will receive an email from i3SCREEN with the link to schedule your drug test. The email subject is “YOUR SCREENING ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY WILLIAMS CREATIVE GROUP”. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your Spam/Junk/Bulk mail folder.

    • Click on the schedule link in the email then follow through each step of the process being sure to move to the next page by pressing the Next button in the far-right bottom corner of the window.

    • Select the location where you want to take your drug test. You can enter a different address, for example where you work, to see other locations to take the test. If you can't find a suitable location call S2Verify for assistance.

    • Select the day you want to take the drug test. If you do not take the test before the order expiration date, you will have to call S2Verify to extend your testing window.

    • Confirm that all the information you entered is correct. At this point, please make note of your Case Number in case you need it later.

    • After all your information has been entered and you have confirmed your request a box will pop up to tell you your order has been placed successfully. Press OK to move to the final screen to display your I3Screen Order Confirmation. Take a screen shot or print the page and take it with you to your drug test.

    • The scheduling process is not complete until you have an order/registration number.

    • Be sure to have a valid ID with you when you go to take the test.

    • Always call the lab to confirm their collection hours. Many labs stop collecting up to several hours before their actual closing time.
